Last week (which happened last year, that’s kinda funny, right?) I already made a suggestion if there is anything you would like to change about yourself this year and in this post you will find some further thoughts on the topic. As you may guess, I won’t push any external changes but instead I make a few suggestions how to create a better and more positive life by planning your year.
You will have 52 weeks and 365 days to complete the tasks, to try new things or to become better at things you used to be. On purpose I do not use the word „resolutions” as that word alone puts pressure on everyone and rarely we keep those. I encourage you to plan, to create another list and it will be am awesome feeling to complete, I guarantee you! You set the items on this list based on what you feel realistic and manageable.
I also designed a downloadable and printable template so you can have it in front of your eyes every single day to help you keep focused. Choose a place where you could see it the most: next to your desk (this is where mine is) or frame and hang it in your bedroom. If you place it somewhere visible, it will help you to stay focused and it will inspire you throughout the year. Then during the last week of 2017 you can evaluate how well you managed your list.
It has things which don’t require much and since you select the activities, think over what you can fulfill. For example if you have never tried Vietnamese food, it can be your thing to try this year and if you have never been to Milan or London, add it to your go to place. You even do not need to show your plans for anyone else since you make it to yourself and not to others.
Don’t forget: completing tasks boost your self-confidence a lot!
