I am frequently asked about the first step of becoming body positive and becoming conscious about it. One of the key elements is changing the focus: so far you have been obsessed with what you hate about yourself and it’s time to change that attitude! Today’s positive message is about your body which serves you in various ways day by day and in return all you do is bashing it. Let’s count all the miracles your body allow you to live: where did those strong legs take you today? Why could you lift up with those strong arms? How heavy was the bag you managed to carry on your shoulder?
