I have been locked down lately since I must focus on writing my first book but still sometimes I like to put on nice clothes even at home to feel better about myself. I have shared in many Facebook posts lately that beside writing my book, I love to do many creative crafts, including my latest love, jewelry making. It gives me peace and incredible patience to work on a piece for hours and see how beauty unfolds. This is my creative meditation.
Summer is ultimately about the colour white but when it comes to plus size women, they scare us and most stylists’ advice is to avoid wearing white if we don’t want to appear bigger. I don’t agree with this statement and I decided to show my interpretation of white with the help of Tchibo collections and here is the first part of a 3 posts series, focusing around white garments. Beside, this is the official moment to showcase my handmade jewelry pieces as well.
This first look is about the madeira embroidery top which I paired with an indigo jeggings. Since the top has an underlying layer, it is not transparent yet the embroidery makes it a unique piece. It is a loose cut so I wanted to add the tight jeans but I can totally imagine it with a pair of „pyjamas-style” trousers, too.
And here are the images which we could take when it stopped raining finally.
