I was in Hungary a few weeks ago to attend one of the most important fashion events of the year: the Glamour Women of the Year gala. I love this event so much as beside dressing up nice, it is about so much more: to reward women who have made something significant in their areas of profession.
You can find some pictures on Glamour’s website HERE including the winners of each category. This year the Heroine of the year award (which is my personal favourite category) went to Virág Kaufer who is a Greenpeace activist.
I was honoured to wear a beautiful creation by Anna Scholz, the German born designer living in the UK. The print of this gown reminds me of a painting and mixing patterns. This empire style dress gets a bit wider at the hips area so even an apple shaped woman like myself would get the hourglass figure while wearing it. My accessories were custom-made, inspired by the dress from the Hungarian jewelry designer, Dóri Csermák of Csermakdesign and both the earrings and the statement ring were made of silver sheets. I would like to say a special thanks to these talented designer ladies for making me beautiful and thank you Glamour magazine for the invitation.
I loved so much the outfit that beside that Facebook picture (I shared HERE) I organized a photoshooting in a nearby park to capture the beauty of this dress and jewelries.
