Many of us love to put down our daily to-do lists as nothing compares to the feeling of deleting a task after its completion. But are you sure to include everything in your list? Don’t forget these 3 tasks which may sound small but their significance is essential for your well being: loving yourself will teach acceptance, respect and understanding towards others as well. Smile is truly the best accessory you can wear as it evokes a smile from the receiver too and it starts a chain reaction: once you cheer others up, you will find yourself feeling better too. Those things and people who only weights you down can not add to your life and it is for your own sake to get rid off them! If they do not serve your well being, if they only take away (energy and life in general) then there must be no place for them in your life.
