In my previous post I wrote about the fun and boat trip (check it HERE ) and today I continue with a very important topic: workout!
I always feel it important to highlight that I DO NOT promote obesity but self-acceptance. Beside my photos shot by professional photographers I am not afraid to share my post-workout selfies with no makeup on just a red face as that is me, too. Many people think big girls are lazy but I am here to challenge that prejudice!
We definitely put on some weight during our Sicily trip but with so amazing food it was not a surprise. However I felt really inspired by the runners I saw in the evenings at the beach as Sicilians also know the importance of taking care of their bodies so I did not get any strange looks when shooting these pictures.
Before moving to Milan I fell in love with Power Plate in Budapest and I feel really frustrated that I can’t find any nearby gym running this type of classes. However I needed to find some program to keep me fit and this is how I discovered Shaun T’s Insanity Max 30 which is „just” 30 mins and I can do it at home. Just in quotation marks as those who know this program now smile as even to complete 5 mins of it is a real struggle. But I love to challenge myself as that victory is the sweetest one! There are various exercises for 5 days per week and today I show you a few of these, shot on the beach.
The garden of our villa was so picturesque and perfect for fast walking/jogging so I had to try out these comfortable Tchibo sportwear too!
